Terms of Service​

BASIC INFORMATION

I prefer to communicate through email above all else if possible (littlemrsredd@aol.com)

I am always open to private commissions.

I expect the commissioner to give me full and complete information and reference supply needed to finish a commission. Anything untold will be at your expense.

PAYMENT

Payment will always be up front before having started anything. From something as small as a sketch to as big as a full CG painting.

I will only accept PAYPAL, nothing else is acceptable.

Payment should be made within the 24 hours upon request, if not the slot will be obtained by another client already prepared. If within five days the payment has not been received, your commission will be canceled.

Payment plans will be acceptable with commissions $100+ if needed.

• Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity, size, difficulty and rarely choice of medium of private commissions.



REFUNDS

If I cannot begin your work for whatever reason or you’ve decided to cancel before I’ve begun you will be refunded in full.

Both the commissioner and I can cancel at anytime for any reason.

Should there be a cancelation after I’ve begun your commission, you will receive a 50% refund during the sketch stage, during/after the coloring stage no refund will be issued.

There will be NO refund upon completion.



WHAT I WILL AND WON'T DRAW

I won’t illustrate anything overly mechanical nor anything vehicle related.

I won’t illustrate any fetish I deem too odd or simply difficult to draw in general.

I will draw sexual related topics-whether it be something slightly steamy to pornographic with appropriate reference from the commissioner if possible. (this is by far the hardest topic for me to illustrate especially without reference..ironically)

I will draw humans of all kinds and anthros of any species.

I won’t draw anything hate related towards any specific religion/individual/race/orientation etc.

I’m always open to any ideas given to me as I like a challenge every so often, but any and all questions will be confirmed upon request.

Everything and anything requested between the commissioner and myself are kept private.

 

ALTERATIONS AND EDITS

 

I will provide sketches to anyone paying $80+ and progress shots upon request. There will be no sketch nor progress shot provided to anything less unless of course there was an error on my behalf.

I will allow no more than two alterations per customer during the SKETCH stage, any more requests will result in a $20 fee per full sketch.

 

​DEADLINES AND TURN-AROUNDS

 

I require UTMOST patience from my commissioners when requesting them as I do have another job and can only complete them with any spare time given. That having said, I do my best to get any and all commissions done A.S.A.P and hope to give them no more than one months time.

Time-frame will depend on the complexity of your request, the queue you’re at, the freedom I have. I will not work on those specifically out to rush me. Sorry.

According to any deadlines, I must have at least 2-3 weeks notice prior to your deadline. Unless otherwise stated, you will receive your commission based on said specifications.

RIGHTS

 

I have the right to keep all copyrights to any and all of my work even when using other fellow characters required for the commission. This means I I have every right to post, reproduce, copy, distribute, sell or promote the work I make for you. Commissioners will of course retain the rights to their characters but not the piece I produce with it myself.

You are able to post any commission received to your personal gallery with proper credit given. I would ask that any reposts not be at the original large format size given to you nor any signatures marked removed.

You can alter and edit your commission for small things such as icons/banners/websites etc with proper credit.

You can create prints and copies of your commissions for your own use as long as no profit is being made from it.

If you do however, wish to purchase the rights to the image I am willing to discuss this.
